Abstract
Strategic Leadership is a form of new generation leaders which is in line with the changes occurred
in the age of globalization. Strategic leader is a person having long term perspective and creates flexible
organization to achieve its goals. Use strategic thinking in strategic planning to achieve intended goals. The
key features of corporate executives who have strategic leadership are effective communication-can use
spoken and written language in communication well. In addition, they must have successful negotiation ,
solve problems and make intelligent decisions.
